This role involves negotiating and drafting contracts related to technology services, software, hardware, licensing agreements and intellectual property rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Negotiation and Drafting: Draft, negotiate, and review contracts related to technology services, licensing, intellectual property (IP), and other business transactions.
- Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): Provide legal counsel on technology-related issues during mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: 4-10 years of experience in technology transactions
- Bar Admission: Admitted to New York State Bar
Compensation Range: $250,000 to $300,000 per year plus bonus
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
