Sokoloff Stern LLP is seeking to add litigation attorneys to its Poughkeepsie office in the Hudson Valley. The firm is seeking associates for two main practice areas:
- Insurance defense of municipalities and school districts in civil litigation, with a heavy concentration in the defense of civil rights matters. The firm regularly handles employment, First Amendment, law enforcement, tort, and land use litigation.
- Automobile and premises liability defense practice.
Both practice areas involve handling cases from inception through trial and strong writing skills are required.
