What are the responsibilities and job description for the Butcher/Meat Cutter position at Sokup's Market?
This position requires great customer service, the ability to lift at least 50lbs and work a flexible schedule including every other Saturday until 3pm.
This position includes: Waiting on customers and filling the meat case along with taking orders and over seeing customized orders which are called in. With that comes cutting and grinding meat along with wrapping the product. Also running the cash register when needed.
This position offers: Paid vacation, paid holidays, accruing comp time and an employee IRA. You will also work in a relaxed environment with some of the most skilled butchers in the area who will teach you the proper way to cut meat.
Pay is based on experience
