Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain high standards of food safety will be essential in this role.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including bussing tables and refilling drinks.
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding order status and any special requests from guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing used dishes and resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
