- Expo:
The Expo is responsible for organizing and managing the timing of food preparation and plating. They ensure that plates are properly prepared and ready to be served to the tables efficiently and in the correct order. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with the kitchen staff.
- Busser:
The Busser is in charge of delivering chips and salsa to the tables, cleaning the tables after guests leave, and ensuring the restaurant remains clean and tidy at all times. They support the waitstaff by maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Host:
The Host is responsible for answering the phone, taking reservations, and organizing the seating of guests in the restaurant. They ensure the flow of guests is smooth and that all guests are seated in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $500.00 - $800.00 per week
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
