Position Overview:
Are you passionate about healthy living and exceptional customer service? As a Juice Bar Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for our customers by preparing and serving a variety of delicious smoothies, juices, acai bowls, salads, and sandwiches.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and prepare a range of refreshing health-focused items according to our recipes.
• Maintain attractive displays and ensure cleanliness in accordance with management standards and Hillsborough County Health Department regulations.
• Deliver friendly and efficient service to enhance our organization’s positive image.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, ensuring every patron has an enjoyable experience.
• Keep display cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing, ensuring product freshness and quality.
• Operate juice bar equipment and prepare beverages following established procedures.
• Monitor supplies and coolers, keeping track of product transfers and spoilage.
• Conduct regular cleaning tasks, including windows, tables, and seating areas, to maintain an inviting environment.
• Assist with sampling programs, ensuring sample areas are well-stocked, clean, and attractive.
• Safely operate and sanitize equipment effectively.
• Process customer payments accurately using the cash register.
• Close the POS system each night and provide a revenue report to management.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures related to health and sanitation, as well as safe work practices.
• Limit access to the juice bar area to authorized personnel and enforce cleanliness protocols.
• Complete side work, preparation tasks, and inventory stocking for the next day’s service.
• Conduct weekly inventory based on the ordering schedule and place timely orders with suppliers.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, following dress code guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude.
• Strong verbal communication skills and previous experience in customer service.
• Professional appearance; no silk caps or slippers permitted.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while achieving results.
• Familiarity with juice bar services is preferred.
• Must have Catering Experience and have a Serve Safe Certification

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
