The position will report to the Associate Creative Director, 2D Graphics
Role Overview
This role will support the Americas market, reporting to the Associate Creative Director, 2D Graphics. This individual is expected to execute the development of Visual Merchandising work that is aligned with our forward-thinking brand goals. This individual is committed to delivering creative solutions aligned with Americas business objectives while also ensuring all work follows Global Brand guidelines. This individual must be a self-starter with deep knowledge of print production and installation processes to deliver solutions from concept to execution. They must also have a keen understanding of the importance of in-store Communication and how to tailor messaging for various consumer profiles.
Overall Responsibilities :
- Lead VM production in supporting design and development of Americas VM to ensure seamless execution across touchpoints
- Organize and prepare files for final artwork release to vendors
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising Americas to develop design solutions across multiple fixtures
- Creatively solve layout challenges while remaining on brand
- Translate and adapt existing designs to different fixture formats and sizes
- Ensure brand design standards are upheld across all touch points

Salary Range
80,000-$90,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
