This role reports to the Associate Copy Director.
Role Overview:
As Senior Manager, Copy, you will play a crucial role in writing copy and developing frameworks for seasonal campaigns and brand narratives. This role requires a conceptual thinker and seasoned editor who can produce cohesive copy throughout the audience funnel. Must be experienced in developing copy for film scripts, manifestos, and taglines.
Overall Responsibilities:
$120,000—$130,000 USD
In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

Overall Responsibilities:
- Deliver brand-right 360 copy for key campaigns from concept to execution
- Create campaign taglines, manifestos, film scripts, OOH copy, and captions
- Introduce constructs and hierarchies that preserve conceptual narratives and unite lifestyle visuals and copy with product messages
- Collaborate closely with Design and Marketing teams to deliver strategically informed creative that answers the brief; able to identify messaging gaps and offer solutions
- Ensure work has been proofread and final releases reflect all feedback
- Work with Associate Copy Director to develop copy practices and style guides
- Foster positive working relationships, facilitate communication, and promote a collaborative team environment
- Must be located in NYC and Surrounding Areas
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Merchandising, or similar
- 6 years copywriting for a (beauty) brand, with a focus on concept and campaign
- Proactive writer, problem solver, detail oriented
- Excellent grammar with an ability to self-edit
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- This role is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
- Qualified candidates will be required to participate in a short paid writing/editing test as part of the selection process.
