What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Intern position at Sol Dias Ice Cream?
Sol Dias is headquartered in Haltom City, Texas. Through our online store and scoop shops, we provide delicious flavors of Mexico via handcrafted treats and hard-to-find Mexican snacks. Our goal with every order is to deliver a piece of joy and share the friendly culture of our native heritage.

What We’re Looking For
A creative, independent individual who will take and run with ideas and create ideas on their own to further develop relationships between our brand and customers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content
- Create content calendar schedule using Later or other similar software
- Bi-weekly reporting of metrics for paid vs organic reach, strategy communications, etc.
- Identifying appropriate Influencers/ bloggers to reach out to and establish relationships
- Communicate discounts and offers with store managers
- Setting up direct mail campaigns
- Creating and ordering marketing materials (ex. stickers, packaging tape)
Qualifications
Preferred physical requirements:
- Kneel and squat on the ground
- Reach above the shoulder
- Use a dolly to move 30 lbs boxes
Other Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)
- Must have basic computer skills including e-mail
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Must be comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other potential Social Media Platforms
