Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills who can work effectively virtually and in person. As a key member of our team, you will manage the successful implementation and delivery of complex projects across a large ecosystem and role matrix.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements, prepare budgets and schedules, and develop business cases for project initiation
- Build and maintain project plans, budgets, risk & issues logs, document repositories, and project health and status reports
- Facilitate project escalations and decisions with relevant stakeholders as needed
- Establish strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and leadership – manage individuals on project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Anticipate and help resolve problems, bottlenecks, and/or scheduling conflicts to ensure project deliverables remain on-time and on-budget
- Provide technology, functional, and domain support to project teams as needed (for Technical Project Managers)
