Sol recognizes the unique relationship between substance use and domestic abuse. Identifying and treating interpersonal trauma is a frequently overlooked factor when addressing substance use. Our staff is trained to assess and treat these co-occurring dynamics in a client centered environment that is sensitive to individual needs.
We are currently seeking multiple therapists / clinicians to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health, possess strong clinical skills, and be committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. We welcome applicants who are working toward full licensure and are able of offer exceptional clinical supervision in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and ASAM assessments to determine treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in case staffing and contribute to treatment planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention services as required.
- Stay informed about current best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.
