What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
- Conduct strategic analytics to uncover trends, drive insights, and support high-level business decisions across departments
- Own and manage cash flow reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates that inform liquidity and operational planning
- Prepare and deliver board-level presentations with clear and compelling financial narratives that highlight performance and key initiatives
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning efforts, helping shape and evaluate business strategies with data-backed insights
- Update financial systems with actual results, forecasts, and budget data on a recurring basis
- Analyze financial performance monthly and provide meaningful commentary on budget vs. actual variances
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and profit improvement
- Support special projects and continuous improvement efforts to enhance the company’s overall reporting, forecasting, and decision-making frameworks
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA is ideal — or plans to pursue one in the future
- Solid experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and business analytics
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel for building dashboards and visualizing financial data
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable recommendations
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for solving business problems through data
