Solü is currently seeking a Document File Vault Analyst to join our client’s team. This role involves managing document custody and ensuring the accuracy of file tracking, filing, and retrieval processes while adhering to regulatory and risk standards.
Responsibilities
- Check manifests for documents received from Institutional customers against the actual documents and determine if they are copies or originals. Update the tracking system manually or via import.
- Pull files/documents requested by team members, track them, and update the system with release information. Send files/documents to the correct customer.
- Re-file returned files/documents in the vault and update the tracking system to ensure reinstatement accuracy.
- Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, identifying and escalating risk-related issues to management as necessary.
- Promote diversity and uphold the Bank’s brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including addressing internal and external audit points and regulator-raised issues.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and personal computers.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and alpha/numeric skills.
- Experience with filing tasks, Document Processing/Imaging.
- Working with laptop and scanning gun.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work under time constraints while maintaining accuracy.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
- Capability to climb ladders/stools and bend for filing tasks.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Salary : $40,000 - $52,000
