Solü is currently seeking a Senior Technical Engineer to join our client’s banking team. The Senior Technical Engineer will provide technical solutions, designs, and guidance, playing a key role in the development and deployment of new or existing technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of technical solutions in collaboration with Technology management, customers, and support teams.
- Develop infrastructure architecture, research and expand systems, create technology standards, and perform system integration and testing.
- Work closely with business partners to define and clarify requirements, estimate project efforts, and manage vendor interactions.
- Mentor junior engineers and review their proposals and documentation.
- Stay current on Financial Services trends and technologies.
- Ensure adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal control standards.
- Assist in budget development and handle other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in systems design, management, and/or architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Expertise in Azure, Ansible, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Strong experience in infrastructure design technologies, data management, and system development for complex applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into high-quality technical implementations.
- Advanced technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
Salary : $160,000 - $250,000
