For this position, candidate must reside on the in southern California and be seeking a full-time position.

Sol-ti is seeking a high-energy, positive Beverage Key Account Manager to oversee and grow key accounts across the West Coast. The ideal candidate has experience in account management, sales, or business development within the natural beverage industry, is based in Southern California, and is willing to travel extensively to meet with DSD partners and retailers.

This role requires strong leadership, relationship-building skills, and proficiency in POS software and Microsoft Office. A background in marketing, business, communication, or health is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Sales Growth : Identify and execute sales opportunities to grow market share.
  • Strategic Planning : Collaborate with teams to develop account-specific strategies.
  • Market Insights : Analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Reporting : Track and report performance and forecasts to leadership.
  • Travel : Frequent travel to meet clients and attend events across the West Coast.

Requirements

  • Experience with major distributors, retailers, or off-premise accounts.
  • Knowledge of beverage industry trends, including non-alcoholic and wellness products.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide weekend support when needed.
  • Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary : $85,000–$90,000 annually (based on experience).
  • Employee Equity Plan with 4-year vesting.
  • Discretionary bonuses based on performance metrics.
  • Up to $800 monthly medical insurance contribution.
  • Monthly beverage allowance ($520 value).
