We are seeking an experienced and motivated team member to step into the role of Program Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is a unique opportunity to lead, inspire, and contribute to the continued success of our company. As an internal hire, your knowledge of our operations and culture will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, quality service delivery, and overall team performance.
Operational Oversight :
Oversee daily operations of programs, ensuring timely and efficient services
Review and approve shift schedules, ensuring adequate coverage to meet service demands.
Address and resolve service delays, vehicle issues, or personnel shortages in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
Staff Management :
Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and a commitment to our mission.
Manage and support staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and training to maintain high service standards
Address employee conduct issues and enforce corrective actions when necessary.
Coordinate training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees to ensure proficiency in company systems, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
Compliance and Quality Assurance :
Ensure compliance with all company, local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including safety standards and licensing requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet audit and reporting requirements.
Respond to and resolve customer complaints or service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Communication :
Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and community engagement.
Communicate updates and expectations to staff effectively and promptly; serving as a liaison between the Operations Manager and frontline staff.
Facilitate open lines of communication to resolve issues and promote a collaborative and supportive environment.
Participate in regular meetings with the Operations Manager and other leadership team members to discuss operational strategies and improvements.
Reporting and Documentation :
Monitor and analyze operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, including on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and incident reports.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, incidents, training and disciplinary actions.
Assist the Operations Manager with compiling data for external audits or performance reviews.
Requirements : Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in NEMT transportation or a related industry with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with transportation management software.
Knowledge of NEMT industry regulations and best practices is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Work Environment :
Fast-paced office setting with occasional travel to field locations.
Requires availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
