- Cohort 1 - Monday, May 26 - Thursday, August 21 (11-12 wk)
- Cohort 2 - Monday, June 23 - Thursday, September 18 (12 wk)
Location: The Beehive, 961 E. 61st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour
Schedule: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Flexible hours available!)

π§ What Youβll Be Doing (Your Role in Action)
- πΌ Assist with talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- π Help manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless employee experience
- π Support the HR team in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
- π‘ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including team events and culture-building activities
- π©βπ» Research and recommend best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies
- π Assist with HR compliance and policy updates

π What Weβre Looking For (The Ideal Intern)
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related degree program
- π» Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with HR software is a plus!)
- π¬ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- π Passion for recruiting, employee engagement, and HR best practices
- π A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive mindset
- π Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
