Overview

Solace is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing APAC team. If you’re passionate about technology and thrive in a high-energy environment, this is the opportunity for you!  As an SDR at Solace, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base by focusing on both inbound and outbound prospecting. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with potential clients, primarily through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

 

What You Will Do.

  • Generate leads and build pipeline through inbound and outbound activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities to contribute to sales pipeline in the ANZ region.
  • Set up meetings or calls between potential customers and the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop targeted campaigns.

 

Who You Are.

  • Must have experience working the ANZ market.
  • Must have a track-record of achieving sales targets.
  • Must be a highly energetic and driven individual with the ability to stay consistently focused and persistent.
  • Strong cold calling skills with a history of success in booking meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc.) is a plus.
