Solace Meds is a leading cannabis company with multiple retail and cultivation locations in the Colorado area. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and passionate Budtender with previous cannabis experience. We have a professional and fun work environment and are excited about adding the right person to the team.

Budtenders are primarily responsible for delivering the Solace Meds retail promise to every customer: Your Solace is our Satisfaction! Additionally, Budtenders are responsible for ensuring all company policies are upheld and all company-provided standard operating procedures are adhered to. Experience is always a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Salary Range: $38,100.00 to $54,050.00

Qualifications and Education

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Previous cannabis experience preferred
• Must maintain current knowledge and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED)
• Must understand basic computer functions and possess cash management skills
• Excellent mathematical, language and reasoning skills

Physical & Job Requirements

• Reliable Transportation
• Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.'
