Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by regularly cleaning surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to ensure a tidy dining area.
• Help with food handling and preparation as needed to support the culinary team.
• Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Ensure that all dishwashing supplies are stocked and organized for efficient operation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a positive working environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
