Solairus Aviation is seeking a professional Airframe and Powerplant Manager to lead the maintenance team responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of assigned aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective maintenance standards, methods, and procedures.
- Oversee the coordination of maintenance training requirements.
- Manage budgets and supervise expenditures related to assigned aircraft.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate and at least 10 years' experience in Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Operations.
Additional requirements include recent experience in Global 5000 (within the past 24 months) and located or willing to relocate within 1 hour of KBED.
This position reports to the Director of Maintenance and offers an estimated salary range of $75,000 - $125,000 per year based on geographic area, experience, equipment type/aircraft, job duties, training, and the assigned account.
