To continue driving innovation and success, Solairus is seeking a Marketing Specialist to assist in supporting our nationwide sales and communication efforts.
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team, contributing to a variety of campaigns and initiatives. You’ll provide valuable support across multiple areas, from crafting content and coordinating events to assisting with visual design and executive communications. Essential Responsibilities/Duties
- Assist in creating and editing marketing content, including promotional materials, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Provide support for lead generation efforts and monitor ongoing programs under the direction of senior team members.
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans, reports, creative briefs, and presentations.
- Support team efforts during photo and video production and assist with post-production editing.
- Help organize and coordinate event sponsorships, exhibitions, and trade show logistics.
- Review marketing collateral and suggest updates and edits as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance marketing initiatives, including internet marketing, trade show preparation, and direct campaigns.
- Assist Fleet Development, Charter Sales, and Senior Management with delegated tasks and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
- At least 2 years of marketing experience in a mid-sized organization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, HTML/CSS, CRM/CMS platforms, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a creative, collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel 15-20% and accommodate non-standard work hours.
