Full Job Description
- Solana Motors is currently hiring a Sales Consultant for New and Used Vehicles. We are looking for a candidate that will provide excellent customer service and focus on sales goals for the dealership. The potential candidate must focus on the customer experience - identify and solve customer needs and questions. They must also be a self-starter and motivated to sell.
Job Responsibilities
- Reach out to current or potential customers via phone and/or email
- Engage and assist customers on their needs and preferences for their next vehicle.
- Showcase different vehicles meeting customer's needs.
- Provide customers with pricing and financing options.
- Cross-sell new and used products
- Maintain accurate information from customer interactions, vehicles and sales processes
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Showcase optional buying options for their vehicle
- Arrange and provide detailed delivery of vehicle - OnStar, Vehicle Features, Mobile App
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure customer is satisfied
Experience
- Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
Schedule
- Full Time : Monday - Saturday
- Off Sunday
License/ Certification
- Driver's License (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
