Duties and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and explain features of smart home products to customers in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Assist both new and existing customers in selecting products that best fit their needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, creating a positive buying experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
  • Partake in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide input on the purchase and replenishment of stock.
  • Manage order paperwork and ensure accurate data entry in sales database.
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in local and regional trade shows as needed to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Engage with team in strategy sessions aimed at streamlining processes and increasing productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Part-Time student program avaiable
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Passion for technology and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy display products as needed.
