This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and finance, to drive data-informed strategies and support business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret platform data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track platform performance and key metrics.
- Work with engineering and product teams to improve data collection, storage, and accessibility.
- Support financial modeling and risk assessment using data-driven insights.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, implementing improvements as needed
- Focus on ticket management and resolution
- Strategic thinker: Able to synthesize complex information and anticipate challenges.
- Relationship builder: Skilled at fostering collaboration and maintaining trust across diverse stakeholders.
- Execution-focused: Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in fintech, renewable energy, or financial services.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Understanding financial modeling, risk analysis, and data governance in a financial or lending environment is a plus.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Full time, W2 position
- Base Salary based on previous work experience.
