About This Opportunity
Our client is seeking a strategic, results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead and expand their global sales organization. This executive will oversee all aspects of sales strategy, team leadership, market development, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate brings a mix of vision, execution, and hands-on leadership experience in high-growth, mission-driven environments—particularly within the renewable energy sector.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-segment sales strategy (residential, commercial, and industrial) aligned with company goals
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team; create a culture of accountability and excellence
- Market Expansion: Drive growth into new domestic and international markets; develop channel and partnership strategies
- Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture key relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Sales Operations: Implement and optimize sales systems, tools (CRM), and forecasting processes
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with installers, brokers, and distributors to expand reach
- Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with marketing to align sales efforts with demand generation and brand positioning
- Analytics & Forecasting: Use data to measure performance, identify trends, and guide sales strategy
