Solano County's Department of Information Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Service Delivery Office, with a focus on supporting the Health & Social Services (H&SS) Department. This pivotal role requires deep industry knowledge in H&SS and the ability to navigate complex technical and business environments. This position will be responsible for aligning H&SS needs with the IT Delivery Framework, ensuring that IT solutions are effective, efficient, and tailored to meet the needs of constituents. The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a strong background in business analysis and IT project management.

As a Senior IT Business Systems Analyst, you will lead the development of essential business and functional requirements, manage IT solicitations, and oversee the IT Demand Intake Process. You will work closely with IT domains to deliver technology projects that drive strategic value and optimize business outcomes. Your role will also involve creating detailed workflow diagrams, traceability matrices, and other key BSA artifacts. To succeed in this role, you must bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, a deep understanding of ITIL and BRM best practices, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
