What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Solar 76?
A Quality Inspector ensures that products or services adhere to established quality standards. They are responsible for inspecting and testing products to verify compliance with specifications and regulations.
A successful candidate must be able to:
Examine products or materials for defects or deviations from specifications.
Perform tests to determine the quality of products or processes.
Record inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality issues.
Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations.
Report findings to supervisors and collaborate with other departments to address quality issues.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Ability to spot even the most minor defects or inconsistencies.
Knowledge of inspection tools and testing equipment.
Capability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting findings.
Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Courses or certifications in quality control, inspection techniques, or relevant industrial skills can be beneficial.
Associate’s Degree in Mechatronics or Electronics is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, working with live electricity, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
