- Excellent communication skills - Persuasive & Friendly (Retail experience a plus)
- Customer service or retail sales experience - Don't take no for an answer!
- A self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset that is proactive and driven to win
- Organized and goal-minded with phone calls and email
- Set appointments with potential to turn into sales
- Keep lead data organized and updated in company CRM tool
- Initiate and support sales process for the rest of the team
- Consistent work schedule and availability
- Stay sharp, professional, and bright eyed with all prospects
- Event-tabling opportunities on weekends in rotation
- Base of $17 per hour plus commission per appointment set
- Two weeks paid leave, plus 7 bank holidays
