Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of electrical codes, best practices and crew leadership
- Print reading, design and electrical layout
- Ground work, ladder work, lift work and occasional roof work
- Electrical team hands-on leadership, oversight and on-job training
- Quick clean conduit work up to 4" rigid
- System testing and commissioning
- Troubleshooting, repairs, and service calls
- Reporting, documentation, site photos and employee assessments
- Leading teams of 2-8 as needed to accomplish production goals
Job Requirements:
- 5 Years Journeyman/Master Electrician with supervision experience
- Willingness to be a working "show-me" leader
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Hand tools and basic power tools
- Highly organized and thorough
- Self-driven work ethic and proven leadership ability
- Fast, efficient conduit work in all sizes and types
- Full knowledge of wire sizing, NEC codes, and local code requirements
- 40-50 hours per week 5-6 days/wk
Preferred:
- Solar/generator experience or certification
- Experience with project management software
- OSHA 40-hour or other safety training
- 2 years college/trade school
Salary $22-$27, Opportunity for sales commissions for select candidates.
