We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to lead our team in the fast-paced and dynamic field in Solar Sales. As the Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service, and driving continuous improvement and growth within the department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of call center representatives, including training, performance management, and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and meet or exceed performance goals.
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain and improve call center processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the call center's performance.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years in a managerial role in a call center.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using call center software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
