Salespeople create the client’s first impression of the company. Sales is responsible for qualifying, following-up with, and demonstrating the benefit of solar to the prospect with the goal of ultimately turning them into a client.

Role Overview:

  • You’ll be selling residential solar directly to our ideal client base.
  • Weekly team meetings and training provided.
  • Unlimited room for career growth and advancement.
  • Provide world class “after-sale services” including courtesy calls and site visits.

Compensation:

  • Commission Based
  • Average earnings for salespeople fall between 78K - 152K/ year

Requirements:

  • Solar Sales Experience is preferred but not required Sales Experience is REQUIRED
  • Most important is mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
  • Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
  • Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
  • Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 - $152,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
