Locations Somerset (Fully Vertical) Seekonk (Dispensary - Retail only) Dartmouth (COMING SOON) The Position : We are looking for professional, hardworking, enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team. The Cultivation Technician is primarily responsible for the order, cleanliness, and efficiency of cultivation operations by performing labor work duties in coordination with the Director of Cultivation and Cultivation Manager. Responsibilities : Responsible for maintaining the quality of all manufactured productsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentDay-to-day plant maintenance including pruning and trellisingKeep veg, flower, and dry rooms immaculate and fully operational.Sweep & mop floorsRemove all leaves from traysRemove and log waste at the end of each dayTrack and record all veg or flower room data as directedTransplant and harvest plantsClean and charge liftsReport leaks and faulty equipmentTake part in overall facility cleanlinessComplete any tasks assigned by the Director of Cultivation, Cultivation & Systems Manager, or Team Lead Qualifications : Great interpersonal / communication skillsDetail-orientedHave genuine and positive energyGreat work ethic, reliability, and professionalismExcellent listening skillsCannabis knowledge preferredKnowledge of Plumbing and Electrical a plus
