Responsibilities : Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and across a range of software applications and databases.Install and configure new IT equipment including but not limited to servers, desktops, printers, access control, digital displays, audio systems, security systems (with cameras).Assist all users with any logged IT related incident when called upon.Install and terminate a variety of cabling.Experience Networking skills required including LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPNs.Basic knowledge of electrical circuits & diagrams.Knowledge of Google systems.Strong work ethic with team player mentality and positive can-do attitude. Qualifications : Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred.3 or more years of IT work experience.Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly-regulated environmentHigh attention to detailExcellent work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
