Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential properties, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Execute residential painting projects with precision and care.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
- Maintain facilities by conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
- Provide effective communication with coworkers cross department regarding their needs and project updates.
- Weld components as needed for repairs or installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical systems and plumbing is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in residential painting is a plus.
- Capable of following directions and completing tasks from the lead foreman
- Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential for effective customer interaction.
- Experience using schematics for troubleshooting mechanical systems is beneficial.
