Water Softener Installer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field service, HVAC/R, and mechanical knowledge. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining various systems and equipment in residential and commercial settings. The Installer will work closely with clients to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.

Duties

• Install and set up HVAC/R systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Perform maintenance and repair on air conditioning units, boilers, and other heating systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, providing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct appliance repairs as needed, demonstrating expertise in various mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field service or as a service technician in HVAC/R or related fields.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to weld, plumb, and perform equipment repairs.
• Familiarity with air conditioning systems and boiler operations is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license is preferred for travel to job sites.

Pay: $19.46 - $23.70 per hour
