Description:
Electrical Service Technicians are responsible for running calls that come into the electrical department and will provide 5-star customer experience. Our techs provide options to resolve any issues reported by clients. A work van is provided with a gas card. The Electrical Service Technician is responsible for van stock that is on the truck. They are responsible for keeping the van clean and tidy. Techs will provide a comprehensive safety inspection delivering the best solutions for the client.
Responsibilities:
- Perform service calls for electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Install and upgrade electrical systems, wiring, lighting, outlets, panels, and other components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
- Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and recommending solutions.
- Educate and consult with customers on potential upgrades, energy-efficient solutions, safety enhancements, and other service opportunities that may benefit their home or business.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards, safety regulations, and new technologies.
- Respond to emergency calls to fix electrical issues promptly.
- Consistently meet performance expectations by executing between $35,000 to $50,000 in monthly revenue, through service work, upgrades, and system enhancements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and principles.
- Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in electrical service / installation is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Travel is minimal
