We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support our electrical services operations. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient handling, tracking, and distribution of electrical parts, tools, and materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to supporting field technicians and the office team.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming electrical parts, tools, and materials.
Pick and prepare materials for daily job assignments and technician requests.
Track inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Coordinate deliveries and returns with vendors and suppliers.
Assist in staging job kits for upcoming service or installation projects.
Ensure proper labeling and storage of electrical components to avoid damage or confusion.
Monitor tool checkouts and returns, reporting any damaged or missing equipment.
Work closely with technicians and project managers to fulfill material requests.
Input inventory data into the company’s software systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with shipping and receiving documentation as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or inventory experience (preferred in electrical or construction industries).Basic knowledge of electrical parts, tools, and materials is a plus.
Comfortable using inventory management software and basic computer systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- May occasionally require early mornings or overtime based on project needs.
Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
