- Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate project activities and liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Help maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project objectives
- Participate in regular project meetings and assist in preparing status reports
- Identify potential project risks and contribute to mitigation strategies
- Support project managers in day-to-day activities and help resolve issues as they arise
- Conduct research and gather information to support project objectives
- Continuously seek to learn and develop project management skills in a hands-on environment
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Some experience in project management, internships, or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
