MID LEVEL DYNAMICS 365 ADMINISTRATOR WITH DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE

Location : PENNSAUKEN, NJ FULL TIME IN OFFICE

Job Type : Full-time

Reports To : CRM Manager

Job Summary : We are seeking a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator with development experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administering and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM environments, coupled with the ability to develop and customize solutions using Power Platform, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies. This role will involve maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the seamless functioning of CRM solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
Develop and customize CRM solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), JavaScript, and C# to meet business requirements.
Provide user support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored CRM solutions.
Create and manage workflows, processes, business rules, and automation within Dynamics 365 CRM.
Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Implement security roles, field-level security, and user permissions to ensure data integrity and privacy.
Assist with data migration, integration, and ensuring smooth data flow between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users.
Prepare testing documentation and create test plans.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
Work closely with development teams to integrate third-party tools and custom applications.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and capabilities, recommending new functionalities or improvements to the system.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in administering and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.

Proven development experience using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), JavaScript, and C# within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

Strong understanding of CRM architecture, business process flows, entities, relationships, and security model.

Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript development for form customizations.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including integrations and data-related challenges.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other source control systems for solution versioning and deployment.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.

Experience in working within Agile or Scrum environments.

Ability to design and implement reports and dashboards in Power BI.

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing.

Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or AI-driven applications.

Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based architectures.

Experience with GitHub or other version control tools for managing custom development.
