Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance.
- Develop and customize CRM solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), JavaScript, and C# to meet business requirements.
- Provide user support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance while ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored CRM solutions.
- Create and manage workflows, processes, business rules, and automation within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement security roles, field-level security, and user permissions to ensure data integrity and privacy.
- Assist with data migration, integration, and ensuring smooth data flow between Dynamics 365 CRM and other systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for end users.
- Prepare testing documentation and create test plans.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
- Work closely with development teams to integrate third-party tools and custom applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and capabilities, recommending new functionalities or improvements to the system.
- 3-5 years of experience in administering and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Proven development experience using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), JavaScript, and C# within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, business process flows, entities, relationships, and security model.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript development for form customizations.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, including integrations and data-related challenges.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other source control systems for solution versioning and deployment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs, middleware, and data integration tools.
- Experience in working within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Ability to design and implement reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-210) are a plus.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights or AI-driven applications.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience with GitHub or other version control tools for managing custom development.
