Duties:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and racking systems on roofs and ground mounts
- Perform electrical wiring and fixture installations for solar energy systems
- Conduct voltage testing using a voltmeter to ensure proper system functioning
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Work on construction sites to assemble and secure solar components
- Handle power tools safely and effectively for installation tasks
- Assist in maintaining high-voltage electrical systems
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Commercial Electrician or in a related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in blueprint reading for solar panel layout and installation
- Ability to use a voltmeter to troubleshoot electrical systems
- Comfort working on roofs and construction sites at various heights
- Familiarity with fixture installation and wiring techniques
- Knowledge of high-voltage systems and safety protocols
- Understanding of electrical principles and components
- Proficiency in using power tools for assembly and installation tasks
