We are seeking an experienced Solar Installation Field Supervisor, with experience on large scale residential solar sites. As a leader of our installation teams, our Install Foreman will set the tone on the job and is expected to foster a positive work experience for all who work on the team. As a member of the management team, the Installation Foreman will oversee the day-to-day workflow operations out of our Abingdon market.

- Manage solar crew leads and laborers
- Workflow Management
- Material Ordering
- Inventory Manager
- Project Scheduling
- Paperwork Processing
- Site-Plan Reviewer
- On-site Customer Liaison
- Problem Solver
- 7 years of solar install experience required, electrical knowledge a plus!
- Deep understanding of solar energy systems
- Personnel and resource management
- Active listening
- Coordination, time management, and multi-tasking

- Budgeting and Planning
- Troubleshooting
- Communicating with subordinates and customers
