What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Sales Consultant position at SOLAR HAWAII?

We know you are tired of working with companies who promise the world, the lowest redlines, and the fastest installs (fake promises and hype that is why they went out of business or will be soon.)
We walk you through one week of mandatory virtual training (calls are typically an hour) to get you prepared for in person when you arrive on the island. Then you will receive on the job training while on the Island so you can perform consistently and hit your goals. Training will show you our simple but important process internally and with customers.
Included in training
- Information on market
- How to close more deals (beginner friendly or advanced)
- How to sell ethically, save the customer money, and make a killing.
- Deep dive into products and power company

The price for power in Hawaii is incredibly expensive, when going solar customers can cut a huge amounts off their bill.
To be very clear If you are looking for a solar bro summer this isn't for you we aren't a fraternity.
If you tell your interviewer your close rate is 90-100% without proof they will leave the call.

Housing offered at no cost as long as you are hitting minimums (will be specifically outlined in interview and onboarding paperwork)
You Pay for your flight out but it will be reimbursed on your first deal. This is a non negotiable to make sure you are serious. (One flight voucher will be given to the top training student of your class for flight out)
