Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Website designer/manager/developer to oversee our online presence and assist our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our website, optimizing user experience, and working with our SEO team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to ensure our web platforms effectively support our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with branding guidelines.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance user engagement and increase sales through SEO techniques.
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track website performance and generate reports on traffic trends and user behavior.
  • No social media understanding required.
  • Graphic design to create visually appealing content that aligns with marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEM) using effective keywords and strategies to improve visibility.
  • Utilize programming skills in HTML and JavaScript to make necessary updates or changes to the website as needed.
  • Assist with Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and improve conversion rates.

Experience

  • Proven experience in web design and management or related roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with graphic design; experience with design using Adobe suite software is required.
  • No e-commerce required.
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
