Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Solar Salesperson to work in our new Walmart solar showroom in Poway, CA. This full-time position will be responsible for driving sales, educating customers about solar energy options, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and engage with them to understand their solar energy needs.
• Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products.
• Conduct consultations to assess customer requirements and present tailored solar solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, including quotes and financing options.
• Manage showroom operations, including inventory management and maintaining a clean and inviting space.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Solar Negotiators team to ensure seamless installation and customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate value to customers.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
