Very unique position and we are seeking a highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful Sales & Executive Assistant to support a dynamic and fast-paced CEO. This role requires a strong mix of sales acumen, administrative expertise, and personal assistant capabilities. The ideal candidate must be able to manage customer inquiries, maintain client relationships, coordinate sales activities, and ensure the smooth operation of the CEO’s day-to-day schedule. This position involves frequent travel and requires someone who thrives under pressure while maintaining professionalism in challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Client Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries and maintain excellent communication with clients.
- Assist in sales activities, including prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Track and manage sales performance data and generate reports.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Administrative & Executive Support:
- From time to time manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Draft emails, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
Personal Assistance & Organizational Support:
- Ensure the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively address potential issues.
- Handle errands and personal tasks as required.
- Manage travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, administrative support, and personal assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and navigate difficult personalities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and communication tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
