Responsibilities
- Manage all post install service calls and technician visits
- Familiarity with Enphase, Tesla, Evervolt solar and battery functionality and troubleshooting
- Manage the service ticket dashboard and monitoring pipelines
- Update customer database after service visits are completed
- Attend meetings with manufacturers regarding system maintenance
- Generate work orders for additional costs and work post install
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems
- Request and track all RMA's
- Customer service and follow up calls to customers
- Coordinate and manage the field technician schedule across multiple areas
- Delegate and complete required manufacture trainings
- Assist installation team with remote troubleshooting during the commissioning process
- Generate and Track tickets with one trip to replace product
- Provide accounting with all RMA product replacement: serial number, RMA number for reimbursement
- Track RMA's & Service Calls
- Monitor Production on all systems
- Train personnel in your department on how to do the job
- Set Up Monitoring after PTO
- Check monitoring of installed systems
- Coordinate and order material needed for technician visits
- Return RMAs and track labor reimbursement when applicable
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Solar Operations and Maintenance /Project Coordinator experience is Must
- Familiarity with Enphase, Tesla, Evervolt solar and battery functionality and troubleshooting
- Solar Monitoring experience would be beneficial
- MS Office, software skills are required (Salesforce experience)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience managing a schedule
- Dispatching experience as far as scheduling and sending technicians into the field would be beneficial
- Capacity to plan and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that operations and maintenance efforts are delivered in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner
- Proactive and professional verbal and written communications skills
- Strong accountability and follow-through –dedicated commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
- Organization and attention to detail
- Team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
