We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales individual to join our dynamic team in the roofing industry. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving SALES and managing projects related to roofing needs. You will work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits of our roofing products and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, estimating, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other industry stakeholders to promote brand awareness and generate repeat business.
- Keep clients updated on the project status with the support of our operations teams
- Foster strong client relationships through clear, ongoing communication
- Participate in daily sales calls, weekly sales meetings, and training as required
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in the roofing industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Previous sales experience in a related home improvement industry, such as Solar, HVAC, construction, home remodeling, or similar fields, is highly desired
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
