We are looking for elite motivated young entrepreneurs who want to break into the solar sales industry. We are the number one setter team at Freedom Solar Pros building more teams throughout Illinois. Highest pay in the industry. Extensive Training provided - We are looking to retain top talent only.

This is a Door to Door Appointment setter position. You do not need to be door to door experience but you need to be extremely hard working and motivated to change your family tree. This opportunity is unmatched.

Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating interest in our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, with a focus on building relationships and driving business development.

Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.

Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to the sales process.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.

Continuously follow up with leads to nurture relationships and maximize appointment opportunities.

Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate with potential clients.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.

Experience in business development or technical sales is advantageous.

Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
